You can share Zones with other Openpath organizations. This is useful if you're a landlord who wants to share a Zone of common entries with multiple tenants. Recipients cannot edit shared Zones.
To share a Zone:
- First, create a Zone with only the Entries you wish to share
- Name the Zone
- Provide a Description
- Assign the Zone to a Site
- Assign access to Users and Groups
- Click and drag the Entries to the Zone
- To share the Zone with another organization, enter their Organization ID. If you don't know their ID, contact Openpath Support.
- Click Save
- The recipient can then assign access to the shared Zone to their Users and Groups. The recipient cannot edit the shared Zone and Entries included in the Zone will not appear on their Entry Management page.
