If you're having trouble configuring settings in the Control Center, you're always welcome to contact Openpath Support at firstname.lastname@example.org or (844) 673-6728 Ext 2. As part of our company policy, we won't make changes on your behalf, but we can assist in the following ways:
- Direct you to your company or organization's Super Admin (if you don't have access to the Control Center)
- Send a link to a related support article
- Walk you through the process step-by-step over the phone
- If all else fails, we'll set up a session where you can share your screen with an Openpath Support team member. If necessary and only with your permission, we can make the requested changes. However, we don't guarantee the changes will work as expected.
