Auto-Account Switching Troubleshooting Guide

If you have multiple accounts on your Openpath app and you've enabled auto-account switching, there are a few things to keep in mind.

Auto-switching occurs in the background

If you have the Openpath app open in the foreground, your account won't switch automatically. You can switch manually in the app at any time.

If you are connected to any readers in the active org, the app won't auto-switch

If you're in proximity of two Openpath orgs, the app will not auto-switch if it's in range of any of the active org's readers.

Once the app has auto-switched, it won't auto-switch to another account for at least one minute

If you're in proximity of two Openpath orgs and need to switch frequently, you can switch accounts manually in the app.
